Have you ever heard my story about what it took to get to the Olympics and win a medal?

One of my favorite things about being an Olympic medalist is sharing my story with people.  I have had an amazing journey starting off as a young skier and rising through the ranks to finally put on the “Team USA” jersey and step up onto the Olympic podium.  But even more importantly, my quest for Olympic greatness is not over.  The 2006 Olympic Games in Turino, Italy is right around the corner.  I have had my fair share of struggles and triumphs in trying to reach my goal in Turino as well.  So please let me into your lives and share a glimpse of my Olympic experience with you.

How will my company benefit from inviting you to speak at an event? 

The passion I have for my sport and my accomplishments is contagious!  By sharing this energy with people it gets them motivated and encourages them to have a little Olympic spirit in their lives as well.  It is just a unique opportunity to hear how someone else has overcome obstacles and achieved everything they always dreamed of. 

Where would be the best place for you to speak to my company?

One of the most popular places to speak at is company banquets.  Whether the meeting was on a weekend retreat or at a week long conference, I have been one of the speakers but most often I am the key note speaker.  It’s a fun way to rally your employees or guests and add a little Olympic spice. 

I’m not really interested in that, what other kinds of speaking engagements do you do? 

I have done a variety of speaking presentations over the years that include: corporations all over the U.S., schools, charity events, Opening ceremony events, and endless other engagements. 

In addition to speaking engagements do you do other personal appearances?

Absolutely. Some of the other things your company might be interested in is a “meet and greet.”  This means that I can be a host to your event, and/or meet and greet all of the guests.  This is really nice because it lets everyone get acquainted and meet me on a more personal level.  Another idea is a photo and autograph signing session.  These sessions are a lot of fun and everyone has something to take home.

How much does a speaking engagement or personal appearance cost?
