What Your Child Will Learn

DEFINE YOUR PURPOSE - When you decide who you want to be and what success means to you, you will begin to rise above those who have no idea.  Defining your purpose will serve as your true north in many of your life’s future decisions. It will also provide you with great motivation and passion every step of the way.

SET ACHIEVABLE GOALS - Setting goals is one of the easiest and hardest things you can do as an athlete. We will take the time to set the right goals for you both on a long term and a short term basis.

OVERCOME YOUR FEARS - Fear is an emotion we all experience and rarely know how to deal with.  It’s confusing. It’s scary.  The key to remember is that you are NOT your fear and we will begin to stop your negative cycle with fear. You will change your relationship with fear and start using it as your competitive advantage.

FOCUS ON WHAT’S IMPORTANT - It’s extremely important that you don’t overload your brain and body with too many things to focus on.  Instead, you are going to have laser focus on the most important action items you need to accomplish to have the biggest impact on achieving your goals!

Hi, my name is Shannon Bahrke and I am a 2 X Olympic medalist and a mother of 2 young athletes.

My love of sports started when I was 3 years old and continues to this very day.  When I was a young athlete, I struggled a lot with mental and emotional toughness and had to figure it out on my own, piece by piece, without much guidance.  I've also had numerous conversations with my parents on how they supported me and they always say the same thing, "We had no idea what we were doing, most of the time we felt helpless, nothing we ever said to you seemed like the right thing, and we wish there was someone we could have turned to to help us."

I want to change that both for you and your child!!

Let me help your child that struggles with game day performance, mental blocks, staying focused, self-confidence, and school/sports/life balance. Sports are such a gift that we give our children and I want your child to live up to their fullest potential. Please let us equip your student athletes with the mental and emotional tools, resources and support to help them thrive in sports, in school, and in life.

Thank you so much and I hope to see both you and your child soon,

Shannon Bahrke :)
